Quality comparison with different material
1) frame: Top grade aluminum frame with powder-coated, light, strong and resistant.
--The thickness of aluminum tube is 1.2mm 1.5mm, 1.8mm.
Diameter in circle: 28mm, 25mm, 22mm, 19mm, 16mm,
Diameter in square: 50*50mm, 40*40mm, 25*25mm, 20*20mm, 30*19mm, 15*15mm, which are depend on the design.
2) Rattan: PE Rattan without recycled material, durable and UV resistant, color is optional.
3) Cushion and pillows:
315-546g /m2 polyester, waterproof fabric and with zipper.
Sponge: Standard density 25. Hardness 44+/-4. And density 30m hardness 30+/-4. Also have fireproof good quality sponge.
OUR PACKING MATERIAL IS PELLICLE, SPonGE AND CARTON:
Tables will pack removable as possible, Chairs will stackable packing so can save place and easy loading!
